Peter Buller graduated Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 1968, and has been a lawyer for over 40 years. His main areas of practice are real estate conveyancing, commercial leases, business sales and purchases, wills, and probate & deceased estates. Peter has been a member of Rotary for over 30 years and is a past President of the Glenroy Rotary Club. Peter Buller was a founding partner of "Sayers & Buller", Solicitors, in the north west Melbourne suburb of Glenroy.
Peter McLeod graduated Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 1979 was admitted to practice in 1980. His main areas of practice are criminal law, family law, litigation, wills, probate & deceased estates. In 1981 Peter McLeod came to work at Sayers & Buller as a then junior Solicitor handling mainly car accident cases, family law and Magistrates Court criminal pleas. In 1984 he went to work for Campbell Grace & Co., Solicitors in Richmond, and took over the running of that firm's substantial common law litigation/personal injury compensation practice, as well as continuing with his interest in conducting criminal law court appearances. In 1986 he left Campbell Grace & Co. to start his own legal practice. In 1987 Peter won 2nd place in the annual Law Institute of Victoria's Solicitors' Prize competition which was open to all Solicitors in Victoria then aged 30 or under.
Peter Buller and Peter McLeod merged their practices in 1995 to create Buller McLeod at 14 Post Place, Glenroy. In 1996 the firm expanded by opening a branch office in the north west Melbourne suburb of Gladstone Park, near Melbourne Airport in Tullamarine.
