We are all living through extraordinary times, and we are all in this together and have to work together until it is over – this means we all have to obey the laws concerning “social distancing” and “self-quarantining”. For our part we have introduced the following Rules to ensure that our staff and clients stay healthy, while we continue to work for our clients during this difficult time.
Due to the introduction of the Stage 4 Covid 19 Emergency Measures our office, along with all other non-exempt businesses in Victoria, has had to close until at least the 19th October 2020. Whether we can open our doors after this date depends on the Victorian daily average number of cases reaching 5 or less*.
We are however continuing to work for our clients from home.
- NO ENTRY IS ALLOWED TO OUR OFFICE UNTIL 19 OCTOBER 2020*
- All communications with clients and other parties to be by telephone or email;
- new clients can provide us with initial instructions for most types of matters through our Portal. The informtion provided through the Portal will enable us to get new client’s matters started and we will then make direct contact with the client for any further information we need. To enter the Portal just click the Web Portal button at the top of this page or wherever else wherever it appears on this website;
- Wherever possible all correspondence and documents are to be sent to us or received by us by email to the staff member handling the matter, by post to P.O .Box 109 Glenroy, 3046, or delivered through the delivery slot to the right of the front door of the office at 14 Post Office Place, Glenroy, Victoria, 3046.
If you have any questions about these rules, or how we can try to make arrangements within these rules to help you with your matter please call or send us an email
We use Leap Legal software which means that our clients matters and documents are accessible to us in the Cloud wherever we are, enabling us to work from home.
By using the Web Portal new clients can instruct us to act for them in their new Conveyancing, Will, Power of Attorney or Sale/Purchase of business matter, without having to come into the office. To enter the Portal just click the Web Portal button wherever it appears on this website.
